1-Hour Consultation — $175 Where a Blueprint without construction begins, and a good fit on its own for a single decision. In one hour, I see the space, ask the right questions, and tell you what the project needs. If you move forward within 30 days, the fee credits toward your package.

2-Hour Consultation — $325 A dedicated session for clients who need more than a quick answer. Maybe there’s a specific challenge, like a layout that isn’t working or a renovation decision. Maybe you know something needs to change but aren’t sure where to begin. We work through it together, and written recommendations and a clear path forward follow within 48 hours. The fee credits toward a Design Blueprint if you move forward within 30 days.

Feasibility & Budget Consultation — $350 Find out what’s possible before you commit. A two-hour session at your home to find out whether your project is buildable and what it’s likely to cost, before any design work is scoped. We review the space together, and a contractor joins for the walk-through to weigh in on what’s feasible. You get an honest read in the room, and a written summary follows once the contractor’s estimate arrives. If the answer is a smaller project, or not yet, that’s a useful answer too. The fee credits toward your package if you move forward within 30 days.

A complete, implementation-ready package for clients who want every decision made before anything is purchased or built. Furniture, finishes, layout, sourcing — all of it documented and ready to hand off. When your project involves construction, contractor input during design is included, and so is a Construction Handoff Meeting where the documentation goes to the person who will build it. The final fee is set after your consultation.
